A couple days ago, Joseph starts wiping his finger on my jeans while exclaiming, "I got a boogie! Its stuck!"
Jacob doesn't have to do anything special to use me as a human tissue. It just come naturally for him.
I love my kids. I wouldn't trade the snot for all the dry cleaning in the world. Its like the mark, a true sign of motherhood.
5 super cool people speak:
ewwwwwwwwwwwwwww...
The next time I see a mom with dried up snot on her shirt, instead of thinking how gross it is, I'll try to think about how good of a mom she must be. :)
LOL! Oh I agree, ewww!
But its just inevitable, there's no way to avoid it!
I'm glad you like your mark of motherhood. Does it make you shine or glisten at all?
Hmmm, well, I know I do both when its fresh! LOL, sorry, that's gross... yet very true. At least I stand out!
I LOVE when I see men at church...and their shoulder sections of their SUITS are usually...smeared from nose droppings to drool...Whether MOM OR DAD...WHAT A BLESSING to have that special set of markings on our clothes...When I was on my mission...MOST of my clothes had stains on it reminding me of events on my mission...My favorite...was a LIGHT BLUE dress....that a child who lived in the "back hills of Tennessee" was showing her most prized possession...her "rabbit"...The only thing was...it lived IN the mud by the side of the house...However, this precious child PROUDLY PLOPPED the rabbit RIGHT in the middle of MY LAP...This child's GRIN was PRICELESS...for she was sharing with me what was so DEAR to her...The STAIN from the mud...never did completely wash out...It went with me my entire MISSION...a reminder of my FIRST AREA...that I loved more than I can ever express...
