Recipe Round-Up

Okay guys! Here we go again! Sorry I am posting this so late. We had the most INSANE day yesterday. Seriously, wowza.

Tell you all about it soon!

Crispy Baked Egg Rolls

Okay, can I just say YUM! I thought these were pretty good! I happen to love egg rolls and these were super easy too! If I ever feel ambitious enough I might add meat to it but I really liked them without any.
I did make one small change to the recipe. I added 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce. I know that might sound really strange but a lot of chinese recipes call for it so I have it on hand. You can find it in oriental food section of your store. So I know it sounds weird, but it makes a HUGE difference in the way your food tastes. Try it... I dare you.

BLT Rollers

These snacks or appetizers were really quick and easy, and they tasted good. Although, I felt as though the mayonnaise was a bit much. I will probably use half what the recipe calls for next time

Snickers Pie

Oh my gracious sakes. I'm already wanting to make this again. So good!! It's pretty darn rich though... of course I did add an extra snickers bar and a lot more topping to mine that the recipe called for. And mine didn't really set. It came out more like a pudding. No clue way, but who cares!! As long as it tastes good, right!

Homemade Peppermint Patties

I LOVE York Peppermint Patties and I have so say these came out pretty darn close to tasting just like those! My sister-in-law and I made these together and it was so fun and really easy!  No need for any fancy candy making gadgets. I will definitely be making these again. Yummmyy.............

These all look yummy. I love eggrolls but have never made them....yet. I plan on it now(:
Thanks for the recipes(:
Last night we had crock pot pork chops over rice. Yummy(: So easy. Large can cream of mushroom soup, medium size sour cream(all low fat of course(: ), dry italian dressing mix(2 packets-one if making a small batch) and boneless pork chops. Mix everything together in the bottom of your crock pot and then add your pork chops and make sure they are all covered. Then cook them 3-5 hours depending on how large your batch is. When ready ladle over cooked rice(: oh so yummy. Add shredded cheese but optional(:
This is an easy, inexpensive meal that can go a long way(: If you try it let me know if you liked it(: Have a super duper day(:
