All Alone

Ugh. Is it morning already? I think my head weighs about 45 lbs. Everything is too hazy to be clever this morning and I think I'm getting a pimple on my chin. Let's all just close our eyes and go back to sleep... zzzzzz....

Well, everyone is gone. I'm now on my own... almost.
We blessed Alayna on Sunday. A week old is a little young but this weekend is when my dad was in town.

Luke's mom made her cute little dress. And you see that little head band? I went out Saturday night with my mom to find one for her. We searched high and low. I didn't realize it would be so difficult to find one that was just white that didn't have some strange creation attached to it the size of her head! I finally found one at Dillard's. Yea, I pretty much had to hand over my right foot. That little dinky thing cost me $7.00! Can you believe it! I think next time I'll just find some paint and paint the headband on, so much cheaper.

Anyway, my parents flew back to Florida yesterday although they left Idaho Sunday night.
It was a very tempting idea to hide my parents IDs so they couldn't leave me. But, the little angel on my shoulder won when she made the point that my dad had to work. Dang jobs, always getting in the way! Its like they run our lives or something. Oh wait....
However, I won't experience the full brunt of four kids four years old and under until next week. Savannah is actually staying at her cousin's house all week and between the Relief Society and a couple of friends, I won't have to cook this whole week! Yea!
It is really strange having only two active kids around. It is SO different! It is so much easier to handle things and, wow it is so quiet, comparatively. But I miss Savannah.
I feel tired most of the time but I can't complain. Alayna is actually a really good sleeper and most of my pain is gone so, I'm doing quite well.
Now if only all the snow and ice would melt and this pimple on my chin would go away, everything would be great!
Well, time to go take care of these two monkeys!

Looks like a fun party. Sorry me and the kids couldn't make it, but I was feeling nice and not wanting to spread tonsillitis. We'll have to come visit in a few weeks when all germs are gone and Alayna's a little bit older. She is gorgeous!

wow. she takes your breathe away! I still can't believe you did it natural. Didn't we talk at the sand box saying how we would never ever do it without the epidural?!? Hmmmm. Maybe I can do it too. Hmmm Nope!@

All Joseph needs to do is put his hands up and he can totally dance "Walk Like an Egyptian."

She is so pretty, Serene! She looks so little....you forget how little they are, you know? I like her outfit, too. 7 bucks for that headband....really, that's not bad! I'll have to look at Dillards for one when it's my turn!
